BARNES presents this Renaissance masia from the 15th century, part of the Catalan cultural heritage, renovated in 1997, in the traditional style of typical Catalan masias. It is located in one of the most privileged areas of the Costa Brava. It is an oasis of calm, surrounded by nature, 1 km from the city, 1 km from the golf course, and 10 km from the beach. The property consists of the main masia of 1418 m2, the guest house of 300 m2, an African Art museum of 302 m2, a studio-office of 116 m2. Total built area of 2549 m2 on a plot of 14.5 hectares with urban, agricultural, and private forest land. There is a large swimming pool of 180 m2, a football field, a pool-pond, three water wells, a summer kitchen with a porch, a cellar, a barbecue area, a covered porch for 8 cars.

The MAIN HOUSE consists of 3 floors:
Ground floor: Large reception hall, living room with fireplace and bar, celebration dining room, office, art room, library, exhibition hall, professional kitchen and staff dining room, cinema room, staircase and elevator leading to the second floor, and corridor leading to the part of the house intended for service and housekeeping with its living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, porch, and separate entrance from another side of the house.

There is an alarm system and video surveillance throughout the property. The staff who take care of the house live there all year round.
