BARNES presents this farmhouse located in the beautiful surroundings of Cassà de la Selva, in the Catalan region of Gironès, this historic farmhouse, registered in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia as an Asset of Local Cultural Interest (BCIL), is one of the oldest and best preserved farmhouses in the area. It stands out for its authenticity and magnificent architecture.

The property has a total built area of 1.100 m² in the main farmhouse plus an additional 100 m² of barn.

It has 143 hectares divided between arable land and woodland managed under a technical forestry plan which generates income, including the exploitation of cork.

The property is equipped with two wells, each providing 5,000 litres of water per hour, and electricity supply.

The estate is fully fenced with 2 km of fencing, enclosing 10 hectares around the farmhouse, strategically located in the centre, providing privacy and security.

The façade features a porch supported by stone pillars, gothic windows and an impressive granite entrance door.

And inside there is a traditional construction with stone walls and wooden beams, with a Catalan vaulted ceiling.

The interior design provides for modernisation, including multiple suites, offices, lounge, gym and spacious communal areas.
