This majestic estate is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona. It is one of the most exclusive towns of the Maresme, surrounded by nature and sea and offers facilities for all kinds of activities such as golf courses, yacht club and horse riding, making it an ideal location for sports lovers. The distance to Barcelona is 25 minutes.
Most of the main rooms of the house are distributed on one floor, for convenience. In addition, it has clearly differentiated each of the areas: night area, living area and service area.
