Barnes Maresme is proud to present this fantastic modernist style house, designed by architect Joaquim Lloret i Homs and included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. House with 590m2 built on three floors and 1.958m² of land. The house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, one of the most exclusive towns on the Catalan coast, a few meters from the center of town, a real luxury.
The house consists of two levels, the main one where the house is and a higher one where we find the pool area.
The main house is distributed on three floors.
